All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Only combo tours (multi location) can be completed in one day due to travel distances. Single location tours must be booked for separate days.
A booking is only considered confirmed once we have received both payment and acknowledgment via email or phone.
Final confirmations will include pickup instructions, tour itinerary, and other relevant details.

By using our Site or services, you agree not to:

Engage in any activity that may harm or disrupt the website, servers, or user experience.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious software, or any harmful code.
Attempt to access restricted areas or accounts without authorization.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date may qualify for a 50% refund if full payment was made.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received within the applicable timeframe.
